In response to the national strategy of building a leading manufacturing country and the demand for intelligent upgrading in the process manufacturing industry, we have laid out and undertaken core industrial software tasks of national key science and technology projects, including intelligent manufacturing systems and robotics, clean and efficient coal utilization supporting energy transition, and industrial intelligence and safety. We have innovatively developed the first intelligent regulation suite for smart process manufacturing (SPM), which consists of the Twinof Process (ToP), Real-Time Optimization (RTO), ProductionOriented Scheduling (POS), Resource Planning System (RPS), and Synthetic Risk Analysis(SRA). This suite was released at the 2024 National Industrial Software Conference.

SPM provides optimized process routes for production and manufacturing design, offers a modeling environment and optimization platform for green and low-carbon production of industrial facilities, and delivers optimized decision-making solutions for agile supply chain management and efficient resource and energy allocation in production operations. The relevant software has been successfully applied in process manufacturing sectors such as petroleum, chemical engineering, cement, organosilicon and renewable energy, and has won 5 provincial and ministerial first prizes and the China Patent Excellence Award.
